This was an amazing experience. I needed work done and was quoted from another shop, but they were unable to do the work for three weeks. I walked into Pedroza the same day, and they took my vehicle, gave me a quote that was lower than the other shop, and completed the work in a few days. They even offered to test drive my vehicle after to make sure that the part was installed properly (which it was). The receptionist at the desk was excellent to work with. Very pleasant, great customer service, returned calls on time, and very transparent and caring. I would absolutely come back to Pedroza. It’s so hard to find a place who is trustworthy these days - they are that place!

When I tell you the customer service is A-1! I really mean it! They towed my vehicle and diagnosed it, left me two options for repairs. Over all I felt like my vehicle was in great care! The receptionist Nayelah (don’t know if the spelling is correct). Is a great asset to this company and make transactions easy and clean. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Pedroza auto repair fair, honest, and do good work! This is one of the best shops in Aurora! They fixed my Lincoln MKZ with new rear shocks, transfer case, and brakes. They also worked on my Honda with new main rod bearing, lower ball joints, brake lines, radiator, oil pump, oil pan, alternator, timing belt, water pump and more! These were all parts I brought in and parts that needed to be changed. Both cars are still on road running great even years later!
