We had a wonderful experience with Steve the store manager. The price of our services were more than we could afford so he helped me out with getting credit financing so we could get our car fixed. We live in SS and don’t have extra money for unexpected expenses. He was sooo very nice and helped me figure everything out - and he did not rush me!! I definitely would recommend Meineke on Lake Street. Plus, I called and he got us right in!

They went down the street to get the belts needed and had it all done while I waited in the waiting room. Apprenticed the prompt, upfront, courteous attention. Will definitely go back
View on GoogleThey did a Fantastic job. My car was absolutely toasted when I brought it in, both front breaks, lines blew, a caliper. Total unable to drive. I got in around 4 pm, and they were able to get me back on the road by 630 (a half hour after they close). They really saved me. And they easily could’ve brushed me off, took an extra day but they really came through for me. Answered any questions I had and gave me diagnosis for work I need to complete as soon as I can. 10/10.
View on GoogleCame in for my appointment and they said they were too busy, and it'd take 5 hours to get my oil changed... what was the point of making an appointment? Came back the next day and made sure to ask about their promotional pricing, and they said it'd be $10 more than the quoted price online. I know oil is more expensive now, but either change your coupons or stick to the quoted price, don't do false advertising. I don't think I'll be back, I'm annoyed.
View on GoogleMatt and the staff at Meineke on Lake St. are very professional and know what they're doing! I've had rear brakes done there twice (once last year and once last week) and both times they've done a stellar job! I highly recommend this facility and plan on having more work done (brakes, shocks, struts, etc.) in the future.
