Elite Automotive Review Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Avoid this shop at all costs. I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience here. The customer service is terrible—the staff is extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when you try to ask questions about your vehicle. On top of the awful attitude, their prices are completely overpriced. Worse yet, they lack professional integrity. They went ahead and changed parts on my vehicle that did not need to be changed just to pad the bill and rip me off. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Take your vehicle to an honest mechanic who actually respects their customers and doesn't pull shady tactics like replacing perfectly fine parts. I will never bring a vehicle back here again.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE WORK AND CAR NOW IN WORSE CONDITION THEN WHEN BROUGHT IN!! Owner is very rude yelling and didn’t want to give quote for radiator and then finally ended up purchasing the part and replaced only for the car not to start now and they won’t take ownership of mistake and fix issue so now needs to get towed to new body shop for repairs that weren’t needed since it wasn’t related to the part they were working on and now say they can’t work on electrical issues or don’t know what’s wrong definitely going to report and dispute since they don’t seem to care or do anything to make it right but say to tow it and that it’s not their problem anymore they like to take advantage of people and deny everything please avoid them and never take your car if they can’t give you your car back in running condition like when it was left in the beginning
