I was really desperate for help cause I’m teacher of special need children and they were very kind and understanding, they able to do the work too fast and giving me recommendations to keep my car in good condition. I mean this happened on Monday and no delays were able to take care of me very fast , also they are very helpful and caring. I can’t ask for more and the price is reasonable!

They recently troubleshot my vehicle for no heat and alarm on dash. They did a fast and great job. Pricing was very reasonable. Their knowledge and customer service is top notch. I drove a couple of hours out of town to look at a vehicle for sale in the area and they did a presale inspection. Not only were they friendly and great to work with but saved me from lemon purchase, that would have resulted in several $1000. There is not a high enough rating, you can give them! I really appreciate it!

What a dealer wanted to charge me for quote unquote "needed" repairs for our Chevy Blazer, turned out to be nothing but a attempted money grab by yet another Stealership. Mikes was honest yet again about truly needed repairs and accomplished those for us for over 1k less. This is the very BEST auto repair shop in the Fox Valley area and Beyond. Loyal customer for life. David
View on GoogleIts a pretty normal shop. I went in for an oil change at 10 am. The workers are nice and chatty but my oil change took two and half hours. I think thats my only complaint. The reason they gave was because they didnt have the oil filter for my car. Only thing I ask is they make sure their stocks on certain needed items are in fact restocked so customers dont have to wait when on the site it says oil changes are 15 to 30 mins. (Follow up) the next day they reached out and offered a free oil change gift card for my next service and apologized for the wait. I'd like to say thankyou and that im glad they take the time and effort to recater their services when something doesn't go well. Like I said before, very nice employees and a good and normal establishment I will be seeing them again.
