First time customer, thoroughly pleased with Christian Bros for many reasons: professional, courteous staff, comfortable/ inviting waiting facility, knowledgeable, helpful, explained things without asking 50 questions. Today I had a courtesy inspection with 3 potential problems. All 3 were resolved, quickly, thanks to service manager, Garrett, and service Advisor, Andrew. What a pleasant experience! I will certainly be returning with confidence to this business which displays high integrity and transparency from the start. I can confidently recommend them highly! Customer service like this we don’t see too often anymore!
View on GoogleMy experience at Christian Brothers was extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, I brought my car in because the oil pressure light came on. They completed a free diagnostic and told me it would take a few hours. During that time, Garrett drove me home and spoke highly of the company’s core values, customer service, and his years of experience, which initially made me feel confident in their ability to help.
However, after the free diagnostic, they claimed they could not identify the issue and recommended a full diagnostic at my expense. After paying for the diagnostic and approximately $1,200 in repairs, I expected my vehicle to be properly fixed. Unfortunately, less than a week later, the warning lights started flashing again.
When I returned, instead of standing behind their work, I was told they needed to “figure it out” and would charge me again for another diagnostic. This was very frustrating and felt unfair after already spending so much money. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I will not be returning.
View on GoogleI hit a brick on the road and my catch plate started dragging on the ground, I called in the same day and Garrett told me to bring my car in to take a look, immediately took it in and removed the plate from my car. He also explained to me the purpose of having the plate and why it wasn’t necessary. Thank you for the quick and attentive service!!! I will be recommending to friends!!

I called ahead and got a quote, they are quite competitive in pricing also. Service was good, and mechanics are happy to chat with you on details of vehicle. Manager on duty was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place. Does NOT have any sketchy mechanic vibes. Nice, clean, professional, and transparent. Will come back again.
