Very mixed bag. I called them, was quoted $50-60 for a used tire (205/55/r16) mounted and balanced, depending on the condition of the used tire. I got there, waited my turn, watched them remove the old tire from my rim, mount the used replacement tire on my rim. Then inflate it, pull a nail out of it, plug it, and proceed to start putting it back on my car. I had to remind them to balance the wheel, and if they did it was the fasted balancing job ever (though the car is riding ok) and then they rung me up. Yep, $60 for the tire with a plug in it. I suppose I should be grateful that they didn't charge extra for the plug. If you are in a bind and need a used tire they will sell you one, just don't expect very much from them. It is possible that the quality / level of service is different with new tires, since they make a lot more money on them.

I had a punctured tire on the 4th of July and Arturo had me back on the road in less than a half hour with a matching tire I was so impressed with the service that I tipped $20 on a $50 job and I wasn't even drunk.
View on GoogleThese clowns install tires and dont use a torque wrench. They should not be in the business if you do not know proper to procedures. An impact wrench can over tighten so much that you wont be able to loosen bolts when you have a flat stranding you. The other problem is if the impact wrench doesnt tighten enough and your driving around with loose lug nuts. They would be shocked to learn that they should let the customer drive around awhile then come back to retorque, but they dont care, Obviously
