I've taken all three of our cars here for a variety of reasons/issues. Very reasonable prices, quality work, trustworthy and always done in a timely manner when able. Highly recommend. Location is close to the library and a coffee shop, which is nice if we dont have a ride and need to wait.

A pipe burst in the worst time being and he gave me reassurance and made me feel safe with who was going to do a huge work up on my car. Anyone that needs something from an oil change to an entire work up/estimate go to Benton Auto Repair!! 10/10 service!!

Their communication is very prompt, he does a great job translating technical issues to someone unfamiliar, and is very honest about what makes sense to do and what makes sense to wait. My partner has had horrible experiences being condescended to by OTHER mechanics and when she came in here was treated just the same as I am. Pricing is very fair, communication is awesome, and have never had an issue with any quality of services. I have walked in without calling and Esteban has remembered me and my car, which I think is impressive and indicative of the quality of the business. Will only bring our cars here from now on.
View on GoogleI’m so grateful that I was lead to Benton Auto. I been dealing with emissions related issues and was past due with be able to get my license plate sticker. After about 2mos of receiving misinformation from various other mechanic shops and being charged for things I did not need, I came to Benton Auto and all of my stress was relieved! From the moment I made my first initial call to Esteban to the final completion, my experience was top tier! He was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with addressing my concerns. He also goes above and beyond to service his customers and make them feel comfortable and valued. I will definitely be recommending others and will be back in the future, if needed.
