On JUNE 3,2024 I DROPPED OFF MY SUV! I give these people zero ⭐. I took my 2017 GMC ACADIA for the first time there just to get my thermostat changed so I drop off my truck .ON JUNE 4,2025 I pickup my suv and when I picked up my car all the lights turned as soon I got home. I called carlos to tell him what's going on with my truck he said bring the truck back.So I take it back he checked it and said it should be ok now. So I left his shop for the second time same thing happened again but my car was shaking bad checked engine light came back on. I called him for the 3rd time and told him it's still sounds bad and all my light are still on I go to drop it off to Carlos was not there it was Carlos brother that looks just like him and some ignorant short Spanish dude rude just rude no type of respect. So I drop off my truck 2 hours later he calls me and says my truck is ok now there was a lose wire he forgot to connect. On June 5th 2025 coming back from work my truck was rattling and all lights came back on!!!! He charged me $380 just for there unprofessional service if your a woman they will take advantage of you (DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR WITHOUT A MAN BEING THERE) LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN!!! I SHOULD OF TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC TAPIA THAT WE BEEN WITH FOR 20 YEARS BUT HE WAS VERY BUSY.....PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD A BIG HOLE ON MY PASSENGER LEATHER SEAT THAT WAS NOT THERE!!!!

Honestly this location deserves an honest review. I’ve brought plenty of cars with all kinds of issues here, and the team has never failed to deliver a quality job as promised. Now the reason why they deserve this review. By far the best prices I’ve seen in the mechanic industry! Shout out to Carlos for a great shop and great service !

While the owner is polite and friendly, the mechanic is very rude and disrespectful. Went to check on my AC, he said he will do the first level check and fill gas would cost $80. He straight away hooked in the gas which I never approved for. I asked him to pull it out, and the guy said don't come if you don't have money. Wow..never seen such rude ppl. My first time there and will never go and never recommend my friends and family. Go at your own risk.
