Steve was awesome and gets straight to the point. Gave me a loaner for the day and was very communicative via phone and text. He was happy to work with my schedule to make sure I got my car back on time and in good shape. I was back and driving my car in 24hrs. No car wash and actually got the car back dirtier then when I left it, but I didn't pay for a wash so didn't bother me anyway. I asked him to check my front brake pads. He didn't give me any reason to replace them and didnt try to force unnecessary repairs. Honest team! Will definitely bring my car back for future repairs. Ask for any available promos, Steve was able to find a deal for me which saved me a few hundred. Thanks Steve! Work done: All 4 tire replacement (rotation included), new timing belts, oil change and fluid top off and safety inspection.

I wanted to get a second opinion on a dealership vehicle inspection. Making an appointment was easy over the phone. After the inspection was complete, I received a text with photos and descriptions of issues found. Steve called to walk through all the items and offered his opinion on what items were the most urgent. I appreciate his honesty and the timeframe for the work. Overall, it was a great experience. Like many small businesses, they charge a 3% credit card fee. They made sure I was aware of this when dropping off my car, as well as when I was told my car was ready to be picked up. Additionally, they have multiple signs on the front desk.

Reason for 4 stars? I made appointment for service 2 days ahead. Regardless, I had to wait extra 20 minutes for the oil filter to ‘arrive’ from someplace. Not a huge deal but time mattered on that day.

View on GoogleWheeling Auto did not perform the work I specifically asked for, yet still charged me $167 for an engine scan — something that can be done for free at AutoZone. There was no manager on duty, and the service advisor did not want to take any ownership of the situation or offer a resolution. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money. I will not be returning.
