have been taking my vehicles to Altimate Auto Repair for years, and I have always been impressed with their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain repairs without any pressure or unnecessary upselling.

I just received a phone call from Alex, the owner, telling me , “Do not bring your car here ever again” and hung up before I had a chance to respond. What are we, 10 years old?! Alex, I guess you saw my first review! Why the hostile phone call? Is it because you can’t accept the simple truth that you damaged my car after a service? Is it hard to accept the truth that perhaps a loyal customer isn’t in the wrong here? Once again, if you’re looking for a mechanic who has integrity and is honest, you won’t find it here. Alex is rude and thinks he can do no wrong. I’m looking forward to your next phone call where you say something real quick and hang up the phone again.
View on GoogleHorrible customer service! Alex is a piece of work too. He won’t accept the fact that he (or someone from his team) damaged the window console to my car. He blamed it on everyone else, but him. Even though all of the evidence points to him or his crew. After speaking to him face-to-face, he was rude and dismissive. You would think that after bringing your car to this place for years, he would find a way to treat a loyal customer with respect, but no. If you’re looking for a good mechanic with integrity, you won’t find it here.
View on GoogleThis issue involved an oil leak from the oil pan, which started after an oil change at another company that was not willing to fix the problem they had created. Based on a friend's recommendation, I took my car to ALtimate Auto Repair. They scheduled me for the very next day. From the manager to the technicians, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour, all at a very reasonable price. There is no longer any oil leak, and the car is running well. In addition, a noise I had been hearing from underneath the car is now gone--they likely addressed that as well (possibly by tightening a loose component such as the muffler). I strongly recommend ALtimate Auto Repair.

Ultimate Auto Repair was friendly, honest, and repaired the tire at a reasonable price. The tires were only two weeks old, so I really appreciated their integrity and good service.
