Had an issue with the locking door on my 2017 Land Rover Discovery, and Autohaus in Arlington Heights fixed it quickly and professionally. Honest, knowledgeable, and great people. Highly recommend! A few weeks later, I brought in my old Ram 1500, and they showed me everything I needed to know to drive safely. Everything was fixed, and now my 13-year-old Ram with 242,000 miles will be taken care of at this place from now on. Thank you for the great service and honest advice!

My vehicle was running rough with multiple lights on the dash, I called and spoke to Mark, he told me to bring it over and he would inspect it. I dropped off my CR-V after hours using the convenient after hours Dropped box,the next day Mark called me with a diagnostic and an estimate to repair, I gave him the green light to proceed with repairs. He ordered the parts and had my car done in a couple of days. I'm very happy with the customer service I received from Mark and his team and my vehicle was fixed right the first time, I highly recommend Real Autohaus for any mechanical repairs.

Prompt, friendly service. They review details with us after assessing the car - before they begin work. They do not try to sell us service that is not needed. Even complimented me on the good condition of my 2012 Honda. A disreputable business would have told me that a 2012 needs a lot of work ($$ for them). Real Autohaus has been our auto service shop for years. We completely trust them.

I brought my car in to have two tires installed, that I brought with, and to have the alignment done. They were very professional and did a great job. The mechanic at Real AutoHaus did a fantastic job and the steering wheel is finally straight after months and multiple tries elsewhere! The man at the front desk was very polite and respectful. It is very hard for me to get there before 4:00 and they were still accommodating and even stayed after 5:00 to get the job done and done well. I greatly appreciate this. I will be using them for future jobs.

I was looking for a good and reliable shop around my house that i can start going to. Easy to say that this place failed my test. I was having issue with my car, half the lights on my dashboard lit up. I had no power steering, no ABS, the speedometer and odometer were not working to name a few. I left my car there and 24 hours later they call me with a quote for $1500. Apparently the comfort assist (CA) on 2 of my door handles was faulty and was causing the fuse to keep on blowing. They wanted 1200 for 2 handles and also 300 for paint. I asked if there is anything else they can do in the mean time and they said no. So I picked up my car (still not working right) and started doing research. Apparently this issue is very common, and I found out that you can disconnect the CA by unplugging the sensor from the handle directly. I did the work myself, it was very easy and simple. All i had to do is simply un-screw 1 screw, and the door handle was popped out. I unplugging the CA to the doors that had issues and put a new fuse in. Car work fine now. The box of fuses was $5. The paint is the most outrageous part thou, the standards collor the handles go by is black, my car is black. Also the outer shell can be removed and put on the new handle. Safe to say im never going back there. They will rip you off.
