I can truly say that Haresh the service Advisor knows what he talks about and that he has a great memory. He knows me by my name and always has a helping hand. Kevin the porter is always helping at the site and always greets me with a hand shake I came to know both and they are now my Amigos. Taking my vehicle to be service at Lexus of Arlington has been one of the most trusted decision I made to my vehicle Lexus NX300. I bought it in Woodfield lexus but the fast service, prices, friendliness, management, concessions in Lexus of Arlington( Bob Rhoman) brings me back. When I leave from there I always have a smile knowing I will come back to a good Friendly service for my vehicle and my self.

The advisor promised 11/2 hours for 50 dollar oil change plus complimentary inspection . Did not get back to me to tell me or give an update where as far as time frame is concerned getting late . There was not a lot of customers in the lounge. The cashier was not nice either . Saying that the “car wash is not working and my car was hand washed “ lo and behold the car . My car was not washed at all. No apology from the advisor and cashier . Communication is very vital for a pleasant customer experience which I did not get. From the treatment that I get I from my standpoint will not go back at this dealership for service. By he way , the complimentary inspection was only given after I asked for a copy. I had good results before from other rohrman dealership ( Honda Schaumburg) but not this one. The service manager that I spoke with was nicer and literally hooked me up with a floor mat clip that is the one star . I will take my business somewhere else

Dealers are known for trying to sell a service you don't really need. You don't have to worry about that if you ask for Haresh. He took good care of me from start to finish. He looked through my vehicle history to see what was necessary for now and told me what can wait until next time. Working with an honest broker made the experience pleasant. That's how you keep customers.

Service Rep, Brian Weisbond listened to my concerns carefully and documented thoroughly. He offered a loaner car for me since diagnoses may take much longer time. It's nice. He keeps me updated of all discoveries of my car and provided the link of video and documents for each items. I like that. It took two days to fix my car, I am happy the result. Brian is polite and professional.
