We had a great experience with J.R. Auto Collision after our car was involved in a fender bender. They handled all of the communication and coordination with our insurance company, which made the entire repair process as stress-free as possible. We also had them fix some existing damage, which we paid for out of pocket, and they took care of everything seamlessly. The repairs were completed in a little over a week, and they kept us informed every step of the way with excellent communication and realistic expectations about the timeline. When we picked up the car, it had been detailed and was returned to us in beautiful condition. It looked fantastic, and you would never know it had been in an accident. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and we truly appreciated how easy they made the entire experience. We highly recommend J.R. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with JR collision. I had accidentally backed into somebody in a parking lot, which totally took out my back bumper, sonar system, and the ability to get the liftgate down all the way. Not only did they do repairs that made everything “factory new,” in my case, they also detailed the interior. I felt like I just bought a new truck and drove it off a dealership lot rather than a collision/repair lot when I left yesterday. Fantastic experience and can’t recommend highly enough!
View on GoogleBrought my car in because my power seat was stuck and a different garage who looked at it recommended J&R. Jim got the seat out, assessed the situation and found a replacement seat that was very rare given the trim/options on the car. He sent the seat to a trim shop to swap the seat back upholstery since the original seat had an embroidered logo and the replacement seat didn’t. Everything functions and looks great. I appreciate that Jim came in well below his estimate and was honest and transparent through the whole repair process. Would definitely trust J&R with future repairs.

They stood behind their work and when an issue popped up from the original repair they did not hesitate in stepping up and making sure they took the corrective actions to fix it.
