Excellent Guys. It’s my Go to Dr. for my car. I came for my oil change on a Monday. And they accommodated me. They have solutions for any car problem. Just give a call and they will help you out. Need to give them a try.
View on GoogleThere’s always a 50/50 chance that when you look for a new mechanic a feeling of worry comes with the process. My teen hit a curb pretty hard and the impact to the driver side wheel cause it to go inwards needing a new control arm with ball joints, brake rotor and pads and knuckle. Getting the car on the tow was a challenge but getting it off was even harder. E&M was closed for the day and seemed pretty busy as there were no available spots to drop my car. I had absolutely no choice but to drop it and block their 1st bay. I immediately called and left a message as well as sent an email because the way I left the car made it seem like I owned the place 😂. Fortunately Rose called me the very next day and was immediately helpful and put my worries at ease. I met with Chris who despite the young age is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He kept me updated through the whole process and get this the turn around time was 1 day! The parts needed for my car were readily available and to be honest 5 star is too low of a scale, they deserve more!!! Thank you to Rose, Chris and Ed you guys were amazing. You are now stuck with me 😊
