Mike was brilliant, above and beyond service, removing the shredded tire from the RV, and putting my spare one on professionally. Even got his co-worker to teamwork the job. Saved the day. Would totally recommend. Thankyou Cassidy Tire for having the best employee
View on GoogleI bought a set of four new tires here in December 2018 and was impressed with the service then. Flash forward nearly six years - I noticed a bulge in the sidewall of one of those tires. i was able to schedule a next-day appointment and they got my car in very quickly. The tire couldn't be repaired so they had to order one and complete the repair that afternoon. The two guys working there were super nice and didn't hesitate one second to give me a ride home. They also talked me out of getting an alignment when I told them i was planning on trading in the car soon. Furthermore, the inspection found a few other things that would have amounted to considerable revenue for the shop - but they didn't say a word about this!! Unlike other shops that try to talk you into additional repairs, they dissuaded me from doing so!! This kind of honesty and five-star customer service is hard to find in this day in age! I highly recommend this place for tires and all your car repair needs.

Caught a screw in the morning, stopped by around 9:30am - they said they could take care of it at around 11am, pumped my tire so I could go do other errands until 11am and not destroy the tire > came back at 11am, 30min and it was done at very reasonable price. Highly recommend! * This is certainly now my go-to place for tire repairs!
View on GoogleGreat experience here. Got a nail in my tire when I was about to leave town. Tread was just below the threshold to patch, so had to get new tires. They were able to sneak me in, and made sure the tires I wanted were there when I pulled up. Super quick, great people and great service. I’d recommend anyone here! Thank you guys.
