I had a great experience with Casey Automotive. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to clearly explain what was needed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle is running perfectly. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but Casey Automotive definitely earned mine. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and knowledgeable service!

I just had my car at Casey Automotive for a break job, oil change, and tire pressure sensors replaced. They do great work at a fair and reasonable price. I have dealt with Sean Kinney who’s very knowledgeable in the auto repair business, and provides me with a loaner car when needed. He explains everything thoroughly and is straight forward with what needs to be done, and they don’t try to upsell on anything that’s not necessary at a given time. Also I have dealt with Vince and Joe as well, and Paul who sometimes is filling in from another Casey Automotive shop. In addition, my daughter and step mother also take their cars here for repair as well.

overpriced mechanic using subpar parts. nothing but problems and headaches with this location. They take 3 days to do brakes and took 7 days to do a timing chain. The rear shocks they repaired for me failed after 8 months. The brand of shocks they use is FCS. I googled this brand and found out they are used by mechanics as a short term fix and usually fail very quickly. I guess they think it’s ok to use crappy parts. I will never come back or recommend Caseys to anyone. When I asked for the owners contact information to let him know about my bad experience I was told I could not contact the owner and that he is never around. stay far away from this place.

I've previously had service from Casey and have been pleased with the end result. For my recent repair I had received a quote from the car dealer to replace 4 tire sensors and it was a lot higher. I would definitely go to Casey's again if I need service for my vehicle.

I don’t write reviews often - but this service stands so much, and it feels important to share. I’ve been bringing our cars to Casey Automotive for over five years, ever since we moved nearby, and I can honestly say that in more than 20 years of car ownership, I’ve never experienced care like this. Every single visit, I’ve been treated with respect, patience, and genuine kindness. Even though I’m not usually the “car person” in our household, I’m often the one dropping cars off or picking them up, and I’ve always felt comfortable and taken seriously. That care really showed during COVID, when Casey Automotive helped with my uncle’s car. They took the time to explain what was going on, what mattered, and whether repairs were truly worth it - no pressure, just honesty and kindheartedness when it was needed most. What prompted me to write this today was a moment that could have easily been brushed off but wasn’t. Last night, I called worries that my car might be on the verge of breaking down. With kids and multiple pickups to juggle, the idea of being stranded was not on my 2026 bingo card. Sean asked me what was going on and told me to come by in the morning and promised he’d personally make sure the car was looked at right away. He even offered a loaner if it turned into something bigger so I could still get my kids where they needed to be. True to his word, when I arrived, they checked my car immediately. Sean walked me through everything they inspected and made sure I felt confident and safe being back on the road. They found and removed a rodent’s nest under the hood, topped off the oil (even though I still had plenty of miles left but it’s a known problem with our car), and gave the car a full once-over. Within about an hour, I was back on the road – reassured and grateful. When people ask where to take their car, this is the place I recommend without hesitation. This is a shop that looks out for its neighbors, that understands a parent’s worry, and that treats safety and trust as non-negotiables. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about you and your family, not just your vehicle, this is it. 10/10 recommend
