We had wonderful service. Kevin greeted us as soon as we entered the service desk area. He was very professional and friendly. The oil was changed, multi-point vehicle inspection completed and he checked & repaired a tire because of a slow leak, along with the road force balance. We were able to go get some breakfast and came back for a short wait. Kevin updated us as all the services were being performed digitally and personally. We were very confident in his abilities to service our Murano. Thank you. K & D Nordin

The service was better than I expected. The multi point inspection was quite thorough. Kiah was informative but not pushy. He made honest recommendations. He actually got into the service bay and washed my car. I was expecting a porter to do that. Much respect for his work ethic. I will be back.

I always come to Arlington Nissan for all my vehicle service work, even though Schaumburg Nissan is closer. Today I got new tires, oil change, fluid changes, and an alignment. I highly recommend working with John or Kiah so that you do not have any issues. John goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service. They are very professional. I can't say the same for the other service advisor.

We had an excellent experience with the service department, and we especially want to highlight how impressed we were with John. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the maintenance our vehicle needed, as well as what was covered under warranty. John went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He ensured we had access to shuttle service when needed and later arranged a beautiful loaner vehicle for us, which we truly appreciated. His competence and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that our vehicle was in good hands. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Most importantly, there's nothing like getting your car back and having it run smoothly again!

I was welcomed by Kevin as soon as I pulled in and upon check in he provided an estimated cost and estimated time to complete. During service, he called about the recommended things but he didn’t force them on me. I was provided shuttle service and overall had a great experience, the best dealership experience I’ve had since leaving Texas.
