The people here really care about quality and great service. I couldn't ask for better when it comes to my car. That's my baby. I called a few places around the area and this was the one that stood out the most. Amazing work and ethic. What more could you ask for?? Had her looking and PERFORMING better than BEFORE I banged her up, and that's saying a lot. The previous owner had Frankensteind her up a bit but she's happy now. Before & after. Thank you so much. I have to take her back for camera housing repairs, they're very versatile and accommodating. I have peace of mind and will highly recommend! 💚🩵💜

They did an outstanding work. Tom Waugh the general manager was in constant contact with me. Updating once adjuster stopped in... Called me with how work was progressing. Tom returns call immediately as he is friendly & attentive .. Always explaining every detail. The vehicle looks showroom new !!! The inside of vehicle was cleaned impeccably..plus detailed every nook & cranny I reccommend ACC for auto body repair!!

Tom and mark, you guys have been nothing but the best. I appreciate all your patience with me and my phone calls that I have been consistently calling for you guys. You guys have been nothing but wonderful to me and you guys did not just a great job but the best job I have ever possibly seen when it comes to fixing someone’s vehicle and get it back on point, you guys took care of the vehicle properly painted the vehicle, even better than what it was and realigned all the trunk and all of the quarter pedals exactly to how the OEM set up was. what’s even better is that they took the proper time and not just gave the vehicle back just for the sake of it they probably welded the quarter panels. They properly took care of every single issue the vehicle had and they triple checked it before they gave the vehicle back to me to make sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be that right there shows how great the customer service is really with you guys and I think you guys deserve to be the best shop in Illinois itself. I’ve never seen a shop have proper communication proper work on vehicles you guys have literally done it !
