He is so kind-hearted, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go over and beyond for people. From the moment I walked in, both Joseph and his assistant greeted me so warmly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only was the service amazing, but the kindness and respect they showed me made the entire experience uplifting and memorable. They both greeted me again when I left, which may seem small to some people, but it truly meant a lot. My experience and dealing with Strickland has always been outstanding. That’s why I went there again today I went to a place after I went to the first couple times not the same hell these guys today even showed me the dipstick level before they put the hood down, so I knew that it was full little details like that are important. God was very efficient with his time kept me informed of everything he was doing. If you can love the experience I loved it. I’d recommend it to anybody that wants to feel comfortable that they’re being well taken care of.
View on GoogleExcellent easy in stay in the car answer some questions it’s kinda interactive and quick. About 12 mins from pulling in to pulling out. Never have to leave my car. It’s quick did I mention that very thorough tires filters cabin filter wipers all checked and or replaced at your approval. Did I mention it was fast.
View on GoogleI needed an oil change and I decided to try a new place instead of my regular drive thru because the wait times can be excessive. Strickland Brothers did not disappoint. I rolled right in on a Wednesday morning, they had me done and out of there in roughly 10 minutes as promised. They even let me pay from my car, which is a godsend when you have small children with you. They're a little pricier than my normal place, but not by much, and the coupons help with the sting a bit. The place was clean, the employees were polite, so overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I was in and out in under 15 minutes. -Very courteous people here. -Attentive customer service. For no additional fee they… -checked and topped my fluids. -checked and made sure all 4 tires had the correct air pressure. -reset the “service” light on my dash. -did a visual check under the hood and pointed out some details. -gave me a windshield sticker with next oil change suggested date/mileage. -offered and gave me a small water bottle. -checked my air filters (I have 2) and for a fee replaced them right - then and there. All this while I remained in the car. CONS Even with a discount I overplayed on air filters. That’s on me so I recommend you do your homework beforehand. SIDE NOTE While under your car might be worth to ask them for a quick visual check. They’ll gladly do it at no charge.
