I took my car in Wednesday morning for service without an appointment and the great service staff took care of me and my vehicle with kindness and professionalism. View on GoogleMy experience with Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin has been frustrating, primarily due to poor communication and lack of transparency during a warranty repair. I was told by Timothy Carson that I would receive a loaner vehicle once my warranty repair was approved. Since then, I’ve had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates. At one point I was told the repair was approved but there was a waitlist for loaners, which I understood. Later, I was told parts had shipped, yet there was still no loaner available. When I finally asked for a reasonable estimate—such as where I stood on the waitlist or an approximate timeframe—I was given no clear answers. If a waitlist exists, customers should be able to receive at least a general idea of how long they can expect to wait. The lack of proactive communication, inconsistent information, and inability to provide even rough expectations made this feel like standard operating procedure rather than an exception. Overall, the experience has been unnecessarily inconvenient and disappointing.
View on GoogleService wasn’t too long about an hour. Monika was super helpful. Informed me of what I needed done on the car and mentioned new wipers were needed. She did tell me a certain price and when I got to the check out it was more. She adjusted the price to match what she had originally told me and even gave me another discount on top. Super helpful and great customer service!
View on GoogleNot a bad experience. Making another appt for other things that need to be addressed with the car as we did not have time that day. They are sometimes a little busy so don't be afraid to ask for a status or if you see your car back outside to go check on it with your service advisor.
View on GoogleRosens service advisor Tom was very helpful and kept us informed on the progress of our repair. We were told we would need to come back tomorrow as the part needed was not in stock We returned the following morning and was taken care of very quickly and on the way home in a little over an hour. Service was exceptional as was Tom and the mechanics who worked on the car. I can't say enough good things about Rosens and their staff. They know what great service is all about.
