We took our SUV to Whit’s for a major, unexpected repair. The team worked quickly and thoroughly, even as additional related issues were discovered during the process. They handled everything efficiently and kept the cost very reasonable. The staff were incredibly honest, transparent, and kind throughout the entire experience. Whit's Auto Repair: I almost never leave reviews regarding auto shop or store services, but on May 4, 2026, I took my car in to have them diagnose why the A/C wasn't cooling. At the end of the day, they called to tell me they had performed a complete inspection of the vehicle; according to the person who inspected it, it needed 11 items replaced—including the oil and filter (which had less than 1,000 miles on them since the last service), air filters, brakes, and various other things. I had taken it in for a wheel alignment just a few months prior, and everything was fine then. However, what annoyed me the most was that during the diagnostic process—whether they broke something or did something else entirely—the windshield washer fluid reservoir started leaking. I got home, and it wouldn't stop dripping. When I opened the hood to locate the source of the leak, we discovered that all the fluid reservoirs had been left uncapped, there were screws sitting on top of the engine, and some lines had been left disconnected. Now my car is displaying warning alerts. My apologies, but I definitely do not recommend this place—and, to top it all off, I still don't know what the problem with the A/C is. 🤔 🤔 🤔 📞 Yesterday, the owner of this shop took the time to call and apologize for the negative experience I had. I know it wasn't his fault; I try to put myself in his shoes—perhaps he built this business through immense effort, and a bad review certainly doesn't help his shop. I also want to believe that the mechanic who performed the inspection didn't intend to provide poor service; perhaps it was work pressure or just a bad day—we all make mistakes, and we all need a job. I hope this business continues to thrive for many years to come, and that the people who work here appreciate the opportunity to have a job. I sincerely wish them the best.

The people at Whit's were absolutely amazing with my used car I had just purchased. They let me know everything that was wrong with it and I was able to take the report back to the dealer to see if they could help me out. Very thorough and super nice. I will definitely be back with any future car needs

We had some engine work done in the past year, unfortunately we had a repair failure, I returned the car and Craig had the problem scoped and realized that the repair was their error. They replaced and repaired the issue. We paid for non-related parts but they were quite reasonable. This is a very honest and reliable place to take vehicles to. The service exceeds expectations.we highly recommend them.

I found Whit's online after a bad repair experience at another local shop. I'm so glad I gave them a try. They are an honest and trustworthy business; kind, personable and really go the extra mile. I couldn't be happier. All repairs have been done on time and have ended up costing less than the quoted price. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this business.
