2 months at this shop and my car is not complete. I was sent home twice with it not completed and parts hanging off. I was told it was not hazardous so it was ok to take the car home. Could you imagine if paint and simple bolts can't be done right, what underneath has wrong? I was instructed to come by another time to have other parts fixed. Then Ken said the mechanics will be out of town so come by in a couple weeks. Come to find out it was all because once the claim is closed they are paid plus would not have to pay for my rental while the rest of repairs needed completion. Lack of communication, unprofessional, disrespectful to customers and will not complete service. This was an extremely stressful situation. This shop caused many problems and wasted a lot of time.

Great service! Uria Auto Body fixed my 2005 Toyota Prius in a fast timespan and did an excellent job on cleanness and overall beauty of the car. Happy! Efficient and cost-effective. Would go to Uria again.

View on GoogleAfter careful research I chose Uria to repair my vehicle after a rear end accident. I was impressed with Jay's thoroughness with the estimate. It was very detailed and I liked that he put the extra time and effort into it. Uria worked directly with Farm Bureau Insurance which was tremendously helpful. The repairs were done flawlessly, would never know there was any body damage at all. They did their due diligence by running post repair analysis to make sure all systems were functional. Bonus was the amazing detail job they did before I picked it up - was cleaner than when I first got it. Was nice and I very much appreciated it. Only ding I would mention was communication. I did receive a text and email when repairs began saying that they would keep me updated. I never did receive any further notifications. I did call and leave a message for Jay requesting an update - he got back with me within the hour and let me know they found additional damage and were waiting on parts which pushed the completion time back a week. Although it was slightly frustrating it does not change my satisfaction with Uria. I would recommend them to others and use their services again if needed.
