I just purchased expensive new tires so it was essential to get an alignment. I made the appointment easily, and they got me in the next morning. And after doing some investigating, they determined I didn't need an alignment! This is the SECOND time my pickup has gone in for alignment at Tech Hedz and not needed one. Now that's honesty. And they've done work on my son's luxury Buick, as well, some years ago. The waiting area is nice and clean, the receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's just a really great experience going to Tech Hedz for service.

We dropped off our Dodge Ram truck to have ball joints replaced and a few other services at Tech Hedz Automotive. They were quick to get the truck in (same day) and quick to repair. Justine was great communicating with us and was very pleasant and professional. The Tech-Jahpa was very knowledgeable and professional too. We highly recommend this shop!

I needed an alignment and didn't have time to wait. They got me right in and diagnosed what the the real issues were. Took care of everything and had me back on the road in no time. Everything is working great and I won't hesitate to take any future issues for any of my vehicles to this shop. I just hope they don't get too busy because of my review. Good to find a great shop!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Be careful with these guys, they will take advantage of you… To begin I took in my ford explorer for a diagnostic, Matt told me they had a similar ford explorer there that was in their hands because the previous owner gave it up and that for the price of fixing my explorer I could buy this one off their hands. It supposedly had a new engine and had been worked on, so it seemed to be running great, so I got rid of my other explorer and bought this one from them for $3000. Fast forward 3 months later and that car dies on me…. Turns out it needs a new transmission LOL… so my husband gets my Nissan frontier going, we just had a baby and it was getting to be summer time 2025, so I took my black Nissan frontier truck into these guys to get the ac fixed cus once again like I told them I have a baby and we need to have the ac so she doesn’t over heat! They supposedly fixed it, however it only ran for 9 days before not working again lmao so I was upset and told Matt this needed to be remedied… and he tells me over the phone, oh yea when we were looking at it one of the O rings looked bad.. so why didn’t that get fixed? …. Okay, so once again, I spent $800 to get my ac fixed and we decided to turn it on during winter and guess what! IT DOESNT WORK!! Lmao!!
