I cannot recommend Rico's Automotive enough! I brought my car in because I was worried about a loud squealing noise from my brakes. Rico quickly identified that it was just a rock caught in the brake assembly and removed it for me on the spot. It is so refreshing to find an honest, kind, and service-oriented team that doesn't try to take advantage of you. They saved my day, and I will absolutely be back for any future maintenance!
View on GoogleHad my check engine light turn on in my truck my boyfriend has been taking his cars there for a year now. I didn’t hesitate to call and take my truck in, they told me it was my intake manifold. After my truck was there 12 days with no sign of it being done soon I had it towed to another mechanic. The problem was a vacuum hose became unplugged. Super unprofessional with no regard or intention of fixing my truck. Would not even take the time to figure out the true problem. Do not recommend!

View on GoogleWe have had our son’s older Subaru in twice recently (separate issues) and have been very happy with Rico’s customer service and the quality of his work. I appreciate that he shows me the parts he removed/that were broken, etc - I’ve never had a mechanic do this and it’s nice to see why things needed to be replaced rather than just taking someone’s word for it. Would recommend to anyone!
View on GoogleRico is a great guy and his crew is down to earth and honest. The shop can get quite busy and repairs might take some time, but I've never had an issue with the quality of work done. As long as I live reasonably close, I'll be taking my car to Rico's.
