Quality Alignment & Mechanical

I was at a car show recently when one of the local Mustang guys mentioned my wheels looked a little off and recommended I get an alignment. That same day, I made an appointment. When I got to Quality, the shop was clean, welcoming, and the team immediately took an interest in the car. They even got me in early, which was a great surprise. After taking a look, they walked me through what they found and let me give the go-ahead. Fortunately, nothing major was off, but they made a few small—yet significant—adjustments. On the drive home, I couldn’t believe the difference. The Mustang drove incredibly smooth and handled like a completely different car. It was a night-and-day improvement. I even called the shop afterward to let them know just how much of a difference it made. Huge thanks to the team at Quality for dialing it in!

I I went in to get an alignment, and they gave me some BS as to why they couldn't do an alignment on the front and only the back. They said I had a bad caster, which left me with a crooked steering wheel. I can't even drive my truck now because it wanders so badly. I never had any issues beforehand. I had even replaced the whole front end the day before, and it still drove better before they worked on my truck. Three weeks prior to this, I had gotten an alignment at Gill's and had no problem; it was perfect. Now I'm left with my truck wandering like crazy, and yes, I tried to make contact, and the person over the phone pretty much said I would have to pay for another one. This was the day after the work they completed. I guess I should have just waited for Gill's.

"Quality Alignment and Quality Service." The cam phasers on my Ford F150 with a 3.5 eco boost were clacking and sounded like a diesel on start up. I went into the shop here in Nampa and got a estimate. Of course I had already researched on the internet everything I could on the problem. It was a 14 to 17 hour job for a skilled mechanic. On the phone and at the service desk everyone was friendly and professional. They gave me an estimate and got my truck in thereafter. They said it would be done the next day and it was... The mechanic who worked on my truck even took a video of the cam phasers still on the motor. Three out of four were bad. He also brought out one of the broken phasers to show me what happens when they go out. The bonus plus was my engine compartment was clean and the truck runs and sounds like a new one. Simply fantastic people. I had my check engine light come on and it was throwing a weird code. Well, they quickly got me in and were able to reassure me of the severity of the situation, and they wouldn't let me pay them a dime for it - just good people doing good work. I highly recommend them. Integrity seems hard to come by these days, and I'm impressed with theirs.

I’ve had a really great experience with this shop. They replaced my catalytic converter and have also done my oil changes, and every time the service has been fast, honest, and fairly priced. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car without making me feel pressured or confused. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of those places. Highly recommend if you need alignment work or general car maintenance.
