View on Googlea joke this place we have been here before for installing some springs and wasn’t a bad experience it was alright but this is the second time we went and we came in for an alignment and new cambers and new installment for some new wheels and they broke my boyfriends rim we called the guy who fixed the car he says it wasn’t him like he knew we were gunna call and he says we can check the cameras in a smart alce way and we came all the way there for them to see the damage we talked to the lady who claims to be the manger she took pictures and she said it would take 2 hours ? And a week went by and she always made a excuse saying she’s waiting cause she’s mad we left a bad review and she told us on the phone why did we leave a bad review like come on lady and today we got a call from her telling my boyfriend “if I do end up doing something it’s because of your dad” like Wow lady come on that’s how you do Customer service ? Giving my boyfriend attitude for the whole week. We’ve been waiting to see what was gonna happen. Because she’s so salty about the review we did and apparently the solution is they’re only gonna pay us $82 for the rim because there mad BAD place for them to be salty They even had a set price for us when we were gonna go bring in the car and apparently it’ll be $100 more so worst customer service ever and the just Fess up on what they did instead of spending a week checking cameras, apparently so don’t come here we know we’re not welcomed from them anymore and same with us sorry just not okay with that lady and that attitude and the whole service
View on GoogleThey know what they are doing! As for me I know engines, transmissions and electrical. When it comes to wheel spacing and making sure they fit, I know when to ask someone else. For the longest time I wanted 20's but was not sure how they would fit. PW&T took the time to do a test fit to make sure I was happy. I purchased new Ridler 20's and performance tires for my 63 SS Impala. Thank you very much for your expertise.
