I recently brought my Dodge Challenger into Mike’s Auto Clinic for service and had a fantastic experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my car. They treated it with the same care I do, which means a lot when you’re trusting someone with something you love. The service was smooth, honest, and efficient. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the way they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Mike’s Auto Clinic if you want your vehicle in good hands.

I had a very successful experience with Mike's Auto Clinic and specifically Cody Smith. I was recently widowed and am heading out on a 4 day road trip to visit my daughter in Texas. My car was having some issues and after taking it to the dealership and being quoted a price that was scary, I took it to Mike's. The diagnosis ended up being the same, but at Mike's they were willing to be creative and try everything possible to both fix my car so that I would be safe on my trip and save me money! I am extremely grateful and highly recommend Mike's Auto! Ask for Cody Smith, he is the best!

The team is professional, honest, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with your vehicle without trying to push unnecessary repairs. I brought my car in for service and was impressed by how quickly they were able to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road. The pricing is fair and transparent, and the quality of the work is evident in how well the car has been running since the visit. It’s a relief to have a reliable local spot where you know your vehicle is in good hands and the service is consistently top-notch.

I took my Ford Escape to Mike’s Auto Clinic because I assumed an independent shop would be cheaper than the Ford dealership for diagnosing and repairing my audio system issues. I was hoping Mike's could become my go-to place for routine maintenance like oil changes, brakes, etc. Mike's performed a thorough multi point digital inspection. I received a printout with error codes and pictures. It was determined the ACM needed replaced. The manager called me with the specifics and an estimate of approximately $2495. I declined the service. With the mgr, I expressed surprise. The priced quickly dropped to $2066.45, and another $500 off if Ford received the core undamaged. That discount would be determined after service. In the end, I took it to Kendall Ford in Meridian. They diagnosed, replaced and reprogrammed the ACM with a genuine Ford part and warranty for only $831, that included a $205 diagnostic fee. Mike’s original quote was nearly 3× higher than the dealer. I won’t be returning for any future service, and I can’t recommend them. The people at Mike’s are friendly, knowledgeable, and want to take care of you BUT......

We've been to this shop a few times. We had good experiences at first... then things changed. Last summer we brought our vehicle in and we told soooo many things were wrong. We authorized about half to be repaired but they did it all anyways and said there was little that could be done because the work was already done. We went back and forth and the owner offered us a $350 credit for future work. We never planned to go back....but flash forward and I had a check engine light for my oil pressure sensor and my husband is deployed so I brought it to Mike's since we had a credit. They found pages of things "wrong" with it and the tipping point for me was when they said I was a quart low in oil....I literally drove from Valvoline after getting an oil change to Mike's they showed me the dip stick before I left... full. Somehow in 5 miles I lost a quart but no evidence of leaks in my driveway...on the phone they said the leak wasn't enough to cause a drip.... Something just seemed off. I said I wasn't comfortable having my car fixed there and I would come pick it up. Guy on the phone super nice and courteous about it. The owner however, when I got there to pick it up felt the need to spend 10 minutes showing me photos (I'm not a mechanic this was pointless). Then proceeds to tell me a story about how if he was the last one to touch a door handle before it broke, what about the 300,000 times it was opened before, its not his fault it broke. I replied well it would be fishy if that happened a lot. Finally I asked him if he was satisfied and asked where my car was. I just wanted to leave.... after seeing some of the reviews I should count myself lucky they didn't try to keep my car... check out the yelp reviews.... yikes. The owner needs to learn to manage his emotions better. This is evident by the snotty, defensive replies to the bad reviews... I'm sure my reply will begin with...Well, BRIANNE....blah, blah,blah. How exactly did you think you'd win my business by being aggressive because you were upset I said I didn't feel comfortable with the estimate. That something felt not right. Trying to bully a woman whose husband is deployed... should I be flattered my business is so important to you that you were so offended that I didn't want his services? I have enough stressors currently...pick on someone else dude.
