Trustworthy and Honest! Fast Turn around! I took my 2009 GMC Yukon Denali here for a second inspection after the first shop said I needed all new brakes and 4 arm controls. After Meineke did an inspection I found out I needed brakes and tie rod ends. I was shown pictures so I could see exactly what was going on. It is so hard to find an auto repair shop you can actually trust. They diagnosed the problem quickly, clearly explained what needed to be done, and charged a very fair price. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all future maintenance! Brandon, Doug and Don were all so welcoming, friendly and built trust with me! I could not be happier.

Hey everyone. My name is Dusty Olsen and I'm from Helena, montana. My girlfriend Ashley traveled to the Nampa area recently to look at a Ford Powerstroke. It was from Market Place there locally. Long story short the people advertising the truck were not the most Honest about the condition of the truck. Ashley found a post on Market Place from Chopper Boys for a 2004 Ford f350 powerstroke 6.0 (beautiful truck mind you) Ahley has never financed a vehicle at all and where we live were a little reserved when it comes to used car dealerships. Ashley responded to the post,expecting not to hear back because it was about 8:00 pm on a Saturday. Not even 2 minutes later she got a reply back from Scott and after that the blessings just kept coming in. Scott offered to pay for 50% of a hotel if she stayed over. No questions asked. The hotel was amazing. Ashley is usually pretty uncomfortable with situations like that and Scott was very honest and extremely helpful. So the next morning Ashley met Scott at the dealership and for never financing a vehicle before she was extremely nervous and uneasy about it. Scott asked her a few questions and got the appropriate information and paperwork done and she was ready and out the door in less than 20-25 minutes. Knowing that Ashley was from another state and would be driving the truck back to Montana they filled the fuel tank and made sure everything was good to go. Now usually once the ink is dried and the money is exchanged you never hear from the dealership. Oh no. Scott was in contact with her the whole way and still in contact with Ashley. Scott I can't thank you enough for the respect and care you gave my girlfriend. That kind of customer service is unheard of from where we live. All I can say that Ashley's first vehicle purchase was a complete success and an amazing experience. We have already decided that the next time we are in the market for a new to us vehicle there's no question we're making the 8 hour drive to Chopper Boys. Thank you Scott and God Bless. P.S the truck we got was definitely everything they said it was and more. From the bulletproofing, to new injectors, brake pads,rotors exhaust from the brand new KC stage 1 turbo to tail pipe and brand new wind shield. The list goes on and on. For a 22 year old truck she definitely looks and runs like a brand new one. Thanks Scott

Great experience! From making my online appointment super easy! Telling the counter my issue getting his insights on best plan of action after he talks to the tech. Everything was spot on no surprises. I had a suspension repair done. Which the trouble shooting by the awesome tech was spot on. Iam grateful there are still real honest mechanic's and staff around today great wisdom pin point concentration. They know what they are doing!

I recently visited meineke auto shop on Caldwell boulevard for a brake job . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what needed to be done. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work. Most importantly, I'm extremely satisfied with the brake job - everything is working perfectly. This isn't my first visit here, and I've never had a single complaint. Based on my consistently positive experiences, I'll definitely continue using this shop for all my auto needs. Highly recommend!
