Les Schwab Tire Center

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service my family experienced at Les Schwab Tire Center. My daughter stopped in around 3:20 PM because her tire was losing air. She was worried about her safety, especially since she lives out in the country in Melba and had a drive ahead of her. She was told by an employee named Tracy that they stop taking customers at noon and that they couldn’t help her. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the exact location where my daughter and her boyfriend purchased the tires for their truck, and they even hold a Les Schwab account at this store. Despite being established customers, they were still treated this way. As a parent, that is incredibly disheartening. This wasn’t a routine service—this was a potential safety issue involving a young woman who was clearly concerned about being on the road. The fact that no one would even take a quick look at her tire to ensure she could safely drive is very upsetting. To make matters worse, their posted hours show they are open until 5:00 PM. It’s pretty sad that she came in well before closing and still couldn’t get any assistance. Our family has been loyal Les Schwab customers for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward. Do better Les Schwab on 2901 12th Ave Rd, Nampa, ID!

I took my 2002 Chevy S10 to this business to have front and back brakes with new hardware, drums , rotors. The ABS light was on in the dash. I knew the brakes needed to be replaced. The brakes cost nearly $1,000.00. The ABS light was still on. I went back because on wet roads the truck brakes would lock up. I took it back and was told the computer module was bad and would cost me $1,100.00. The light on the dash is what I discussed with them initially when I brought it in. I know this should have been brought to my attention first. They are the professionals and I trusted their expert advice. It's a 2002 and I didn't want to spend too much money on a truck that old. The blue book value was only $800.00. I couldn't afford another thousand. If id known this information I would not have wasted my money on the new brakes if they wouldn't work without replacing the module. I have spent around five grand with this company in the past but I'll never go back. I was bamboozled. If I have a good experience with a business, I will leave a good review. Be careful! I had to sell the truck for little money.

This is about the 7th or 8th time ive taken one of our personal vehicles to this location. Each time ive been more than satisfied with the customer service. Prompt, attention to detail, very impressive. I recently experienced service from Pablo, White glove service and very knowledgeable. Im sure with us having so many Trucks, trailers personal and business, we will be seeing you guys again soon. Awesome job from this entire Team. Very Satisfied.

Went in for a flat repair. They did nothing for 5 hours. Gave us our keys without a word of apology or explanation. Job not done. I had no choice but to go to Walmart. It's sad...i have a brother-in-law that works at a different les Schwab. Never thought I'd get treated the way I did at this location

Les Schwab has been my go to tire provider for the last 40 years. Between a great tire selection, to service work, brake work, and even a lift kit a few years ago. I only come to Les Schwab, between the South Cole and 12th Ave Road locations, they've always treated me right.
