Got home from work at 5:20pm and found a lovely bolt in my tire… Called Schwab to see if they could fit me in before work the next day. I was able to make it to them at 5:45 and they patched it up no hitch. Much appreciation for the men and women working here that helped me get to work the next day!

View on GoogleI found out my brakes were faulty. I went to 2 other mechanics before Les Schwab. I went to get a quote for front brakes at Les Schwab; The inspection was free, and I had questions afterwards; I asked the salesperson what it all meant. He showed me an example brake in the lobby, explained everything incredibly well. I went back 1 week later for my appointment; The next salesperson was also very respectful in answering my questions. Left the car, got a call 2 hours later, my car was done. I arrived and was able to do half cash and half card. I Was able to drive it home the same day. On my way home I noticed how good the new brakes felt and looked. This is a level of professionalism you don't see anymore. Highly recommend this location.

What really stood out was their honesty and customer service—no pressure, no upselling, just real help. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which is rare these days. If you need breaks tires or any kind of service, this is the place to go. 🙌
View on GoogleI have lived in Idaho almost my whole life. Was born here and then was away for awhile and then joined the Marines but been back since 2007. Les Schwab has changed from the friendly and helpful company it was. I would not support Les Schwab at any location. I was traveling down the freeway today and saw an older gentleman on the side of the road with a flat. I ended up taking the tire to Les Schwab in Nampa. Although we were both veterans and he stranded on the freeway, Dakota at Les Schwab offered no help. None at all. Just kind of shrugged and told us to come back another time. We went down to Commercial Tire and got taken care of. I have helped change tires along Idaho roads for many years. I have never had a good interaction with Les Schwab. They either didn't care or have tried to take advantage. As a veteran and Idaho native, I am so ashamed of Les Schwab. Would NOT recommend.
