Bill has always been so nice and amazing! They have a textable number and Bill always responds quickly! He keeps me updated while my car is in the shop and works with my schedule. Everything so far has been covered by my warranty, so I recommend getting one when buying a car! Highly recommend this place and Bill!

View on GoogleThey wanted a thousand dollars to change out an oxygen sensor and the part wouldn't even arrive for at least two weeks. 💀 Also, I had made an appointment online and when I showed up they said they would get to it eventually. Okay thanks why did I make an appointment again? People in the service center pretty much ignore you too. It seems to be a whole lot of "not my job".
View on GoogleWhen I first got my vehicle back, there was a bad smell and visible burnoff fumes present. Took it back and originally was turned away as nothing appeared mechanically wrong. I was still unhappy when asked fo a survey. Service manager reached out, took vehicle back again and cleaned it up. Not an easy experience, but at least they fixed the smell without charge. Hopefully they will be more careful in the future the first time and keep the vehicle clean during and after service without needing to come back
View on GoogleBad service. Issues happened 3 days after a service was performed on my pickup. Then they decided to charge another technician fee for what should have been found during the service. Now they find break and rotor issues while working on a chiller hose.. Why?
