I went there this morning (June 2026) because I got a massive nail in my tire. Reece (I think was his name) was SO helpful. I had some silly questions cause I know next to nothing about cars and he was willing to answer them all. He was extremely personable and was transparent about all his thoughts. I bought four new tires today due to my vehicle being an all wheel drive and he showed me my best options. He shared his own experience with his car and the tires he was recommending. I have never been to discount tire but this experience alone has made me a big fan. On top of the service taking less than a hour, the customer service was outstanding.

Had a great experience at Discount Tire. I met Nolan last week. Top notch customer service from him. I had 2 low tires. He quickly filled my tires and professionally asked if I wanted a quote, as my tires were not in acceptable shape. Due to his attitude and service I stopped looking and got my new tires a couple days later. The rest of the guys in the office were great as well. If you need tires come see these guys!
