I want to send a shout out to Casey for her amazing professionalism, positive attitude over the phone and outstanding customer service. While my truck was being repaired, Casey took the time from her busy day to keep me posted throughout the entire process. I felt like a person, not a number. Thank you for all your help and I will recommend Crash Champions to my friends for sure.
View on GoogleI don’t typically leave negative reviews, and I even waited a few days to cool down before writing this—but I would not take my car to Crash Champions on Garrity again. I think it’s important for others to be aware of the experience they may encounter. From the start, the process felt off. When I dropped off my car, I was asked to sign paperwork confirming I had reviewed and agreed to the estimate—which I had not seen. When I questioned this, I was told I still needed to sign or they wouldn’t accept my vehicle, and the estimate wouldn’t be provided until the following day. After having my car for three weeks, I went to pick it up and immediately noticed several issues: visible paint drips, heavy tape residue, and dust covering the entire interior. While they agreed to address these problems, there was no apology or accountability. On the second pickup, the paint quality was still subpar, and a separate part of the bumper—unrelated to the original repair—had been damaged. There was pushback before they agreed to fix it, causing further delays and inconvenience. Again, no acknowledgment or apology. By the third pickup, they did offer to meet me at a more convenient location, which I appreciated—but still no accountability for the repeated issues. After running my car through a wash, I noticed additional damage: scraping on the rear gate and misalignment, with uneven spacing that is clearly visible. (I’m still debating now if I even want them to touch my vehicle again.. or waste the time and inconvenience of them having my car. 😫) For a $9,000 repair, the lack of quality control and customer care is extremely disappointing—especially after multiple opportunities to make it right. Overall, this experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and far below expectations. I don’t recommend this service.

They have amazing customer service and kept me up to date through the whole process. Would 100% recommend them.
View on GoogleThey were the only place willing to give me a ballpark guess on how much repairs would cost without actually taking my car into their shop, and they kept me as informed as they could when insurance was being slow. They did great work on fixing my bumper and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. Michael was awesome about keeping me in the loop after I dropped my car off with them.

They take the time needed to address your needs and explain everything to you. I really like this place and will I my use them for all repairs ever needed to my vehicles. I trust this company, which is rare today. I felt like I mattered at this company.
