Andy was a lifesaver! He replaced our clutch within the week it went out, including working very late (10 or 11pm) to get it done for us to leave town by the weekend. He is also VERY fair and honest. He took everything apart, replaced the clutch, and put it back together but there was another part that needed replaced. He then took it apart and replaced that without charging for the extra labor (only adding the price of the part). I called other shops who gave prices from $2000-$3100 for the job. His original estimate was $1100 for labor and parts, which got raised to $1300 with the extra part (once again, not adding another $800 for the extra labor). Most other shops were also scheduled 2+ weeks out. He also towed the car to his house for free since my driveway is on a hill! And he gave me a warranty, so any other clutch replacements I'll only have to pay for labor and not the parts. Communication skills were pretty good, especially since it seemed to be just him working on vehicles and doing his scheduling. He sent pictures of the damaged parts and let me know what he was replacing. The only thing I didn't like was that he didn't send me the location for where where his tow guy had taken my car after asking several times over text, until it was time to pick it up. I didn't realize it was at his house and it was a little weird not knowing where my car was. However, he was so busy trying to get my car done that I didn't mind that much. I was very grateful that he was working so hard to get it done quick.

Andy was great I was driving from Washington state to Tennessee to go home. I had an oil leak in my escalade. I called he came found the problem gave me a price got the parts and got me on the road in 4 hrs. He was great. Thank you Ron G.

View on GoogleLeft me stranded. Says he would come but didn’t. Also charged me $500 for 1.5 hour of work. The part was only $200 If you’re calling a mobile mechanic, reliability is the bare minimum. I text/call you Friday and don’t hear for you for 3 days after you have me your word to work on my car that I put $1500 into through you and still am having problems. This service failed at the one thing it’s supposed to do: show up and help when someone is stuck. Instead, I was left stressed, wasting time, and forced to figure things out on my own. This experience felt dishonest, disorganized, and predatory. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re comfortable being overcharged and abandoned when you actually need help.
