All Auto Repair Nampa

My father in-law took his 91 suburban in with some sort of bad drivetrain problem. Norm diagnosed it and fixed it super fast and very reasonable for the work he did. We will definitely be back.

Had our vehicle for two months and charged us $4k and didnt even fix the problem. Had to have it towed to new mechanic who fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost and in two weeks due to parts being ordered. Found out after this that this business is known for being shady. Used to be good when we started using them 7 years ago. But I would definitely avoid them like the plague now.

I needed my dually fixed quickly to repair the rear main crankshaft seal. John and his team got me in quickly, and suggested that my issue may be something less time consuming and less expensive that what others had told me. It turns out that they were correct, which saved me $400 in additional cost. Absolutely great service, a fair price for the work, and John kept me updated the entire time that my truck was at their shop. I highly recommend "All Auto Repair", they are now my regular shop and I plan to bring all of my vehicles here! Great job guys!

Beyond what we expected. During a terrible experience (which a majority of the work was not completed after a month) having the vehicle at the dealer for repair. John and Norman stepped in to take over the rest of the job. The entire engine and parts were removed and stuck in a heap in the back if the car when it was delivered to them. They understood our budget, communicated with us regarding the progress. Super nice and knowledgeable, almost like talking to a buddy on a personal and upftont level. We had our car back within 1 week. It was even very nicely washed and cleaned inside and out. Thank you guys so much! We really really appreciate everything you did for us.

I wasn’t going to write anything on my review given how aggressive and unprofessional the owner responds to negative reviews. But I feel like I have to write about what occurred. My partner and I wanted to purchase a Subaru so we could use it for camping and more outdoorsy things as we had a Lincoln town car which definitely isn’t for that. Anyways. This shop posted a Subaru for sale and stated it was in good condition. We test drove it and the only issue was it had problems starting (which we didn’t mind we usually have slightly janky cars). So we paid him and went on our way. Y’all let me tell you this car has had the most problems out of any car we have ever owned (problems the shop definitely would’ve known about before selling it to us). Given we should’ve had the car inspected by another shop beforehand, which was our bad, guess you learn. The gas gauge is broken which we learned literally the second time we ever drove it!! Leading us to believe the car just wasn’t taking gas. So we had them try to fix it, also a mistake… they tried replacing a part in the gas tank and it didn’t do anything. But they charged us around $300 I believe, which again I know is normal. It may or may not work. But they were pumping themselves up when we bought the car saying “we know this car inside and out now, we’ve been working on it for so long blah blah.” Which you would think if that was true they would’ve known about the gas gauge. Also the other reviews stating that he uses cheap parts are NOT LYING. When we bought the car he admitted he bought a cheap part and the last guy complained (who was also interested in buying) so he decided to actually go and get a Subaru part instead… So yeah guys idk. Just a shady place all around. I wouldn’t really trust them, they just seemed to be playing us for money based on how many issues this car has and how poorly they respond to criticism. We’ll just take this car to a Subaru shop to get it fixed I suppose. Edit: the head gasket is also going to crap as well and the car is overheating. Which they claimed they already replaced before selling it to us. So yeah y’all, avoid this place on god..
