I recently had an outstanding experience at Les Schwab Tire Center and wanted to recognize Nick and the entire team for the incredible service they provided. I brought in my 2014 Ford F150 looking for new tires and rims, and from the moment I walked in, Nick and his team went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain different options, helped me choose a setup that looks amazing on the truck, and made sure everything matched both my budget and what I actually use the truck for day to day. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. During the inspection, the team also pointed out that my original springs and shocks had over 138,000 miles on them and were well overdue for replacement. Instead of pressuring me, they professionally explained the condition of the suspension and recommended the best solution. Thanks to their sales pricing and honest guidance, I decided to move forward, and I’m extremely glad I did. The difference is unbelievable. I have to say I truly appreciate the Kuna team because they go above all expectations every time I need something for any of our cars. This time around I couldn't get away from work early enough and I arrived at your shop at 5:15 p.m. and they were more than willing to go look at my car. They ended up fixing my tire all by 6:00 p.m. They are definitely the best team in the treasure valley!

Excellent customer and fast service. Had to special order a custom wheel when I brought our vehicle in Michael had both front tires replaced and installed in less than 30 minutes!
