Bell’s does great work no doubt about that! But unfortunately if you have the opportunity to deal with Holly it’s awful I’d rather crawl naked through a cactus patch than talk to her again it’s like pulling teeth for her to do her job she’ll just tell you she hasn’t drank her coffee yet at 10 in the morning while you’re trying to figure out if she remembers that you called 3 weeks prior to drop off a vehicle
View on GoogleHorrible experience with Holly, the owner. She was extremely rude and no help at all. Had my car repaired and a month later I had the same issue arise. Holly didn’t back their work and said yto take it to the dealer. Like Caleb in another review said, I do not recommend Nells Automotive and take my car anywhere but there! When I mentioned I was nervous that I wouldn’t have my car and couldn’t work, Holly said “Well doesn’t your husband work?” When I said we have a mortgage to pay she then said “Oh so your house poor. You just need to have faith!” Her tone was rude and condescending and she didn’t back their work they had done on my car. I’d recommend Gathagan or KC Mobile Repair in Kuna.

View on GoogleI took my Lincoln into Bell’s yesterday with some concerns I had. I didn’t have an appointment, however they looked at my car right away. I felt heard and understood which is rare for those like me who know nothing about cars. They helped me with my concerns and even changed the bulb for my blinker. I left feeling like I had an honest team who had my back if anything needed address on my car. I will defiantly be using Bell’s for all my automotive needs. Highly recommend them!
