I'll talk no counseling. We have a daughter with special needs we have spoke to them too many times to count. Jim talks a good game and never follows through. No return phone calls if you do it's to tell you what he thinks you want to hear. We set up a program for one of his people to pick our daughter up from school. We were counting on this the first time it happened all was well. The second time no call no show. This time my daughter is at school. We are more than an hour away. We have a pet emergency my wife and I are now trying to figure out whether to leave the dog at the vet and go or what to do. Absolutely not the company you want to have counseling your child. They cannot be trusted. They cannot be counted on.

UPDATE I initially had really unfavorable feelings toward Kuna Counseling Center after we had a rough first go with using their TBS services for support for my son who has some really some tough behavioral challenges associated with his neurodiversity. Our first set of therapists seemed rather incapable of helping us out and left us without much care for a while - but after the owner became aware of the fact that we were left in a bit of a lurch and were really unhappy, he reached back out and got us set up with a new therapist/worker who is a much better fit and is working really hard to help us out. The new therapist has been really helpful and a much better fit. I do think the team at Kuna Counseling could do a little better and communicating to ensure everything is going ok with their programs, but I am really happy with how they have helped us after an initial rough start.

My family has been going here for about 3 years. My son has received CBRS services as well as respite and counseling. It has helped him so much. I also see Stacy, she has helped me through my problems. I won't go anywhere else. I love that when we go here we feel like family.

Constantly has a "waiting list" does not return calls or update you on your position for their "waiting list". Second time we have had this issue with them resulting in weeks of possible counseling waisted waiting on them to contact for scheduling or return calls.
