Mobil 1 Lube Express Oil Change

I love the Mobil 1 team and would never go anywhere else for my car services! I have been customer here for nearly 5 years, and the team here always is so kind, considerate, and patient. They also are very honest and straightforward- if you don’t need something replaced yet, they will tell you that. I have always hated getting my car serviced before because every other oil change place takes advantage of anyone who doesn’t have an in depth knowledge of what their car does and doesn’t need, and here I feel they truly just want their customers safe and paying only for what they need. Their prices are very good also, and they almost always have a discount going on too. I recommend Mobil 1 to all my friends and family - especially those who feel uncomfortable with car service providers, this is 100% the best place!

We are absolutely regulars at Mobil 1. The same people help us each time. There is not a lot of turnover for employees. That tells us a lot, too. They do all of our vehicles; diesel, SUV, and little car. They do well on every one of them. If the car sensor goes off, we stop in, if a headlight goes out, there we are. They are all around great!

In the 20 years I’ve been going here for vehicle services, the owners and company names have changed several times but the one common golden thread woven thru all those years is the friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, experience. When you go, talk with them. Get to know them. They will take care of you wherever they can. I’ve had my jeep wrangler for 16 years now and it’s always been serviced here. I have zero issues and the jeep keeps right on running like a vehicle a quarter of its age. Thanks guys.

Mobil 1 and their employees went above and beyond to help me get the oil changed in my 35' long, 12 1/2 ' high gas motorhome. While traveling cross country, my coach oil badly needed changing. I called until I almost gave up. The coach would not fit in the bays and no one wanted to work out of the bay. But when I called Mobil 1 Express in Boise ID, they meant it when they said, hello, how can we help you. They said bring it in and we will find a way. After the person I had called consulted with the owner of that shop and also owned a second shop, he picked the shop with the most outside work area and had the highest doors. While on the phone, the scheduler made arrangements to have proper oil, filters, etc, on hand. Extremely nice and knew what he was doing. They worked as a team when I arrived (on a Saturday!). Even the owner was there to try to get the coach inside and make sure the job went right if it didn't. Everyone on that team was professional, polite, and went out of their way to get this done. The coach couldn't be brought inside and was moved to the side in the parking to do the job. Done in no time. And done right, even though they had other autos coming in for service, too. I thought this would cost an arm and a leg. No. I was not taken advantage of because of special work. I felt very good about the price. I enjoyed the friendly personnel, and got to meet the owner. I highly recommend Mobile 1. You can trust the job will be done right, reasonable, and trust that they will go out of the way to help you. July 2025
