It is so rare to find a repair shop that understands customer service. Frank provided me a bid to repair a transmission leak and estimated half of what other shops bid. When I dropped off my truck he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He completed the job on time and found the cause of the leak. The truck was completed on time on bid and has not leaked since. I would highly recommend this shop! Update, even thou Frank is very knowledgeable about older chevy trucks he is unwilling to investigate any return issues. On out last conversation I only asked him to check location of oil leak and he told me to take it another shop. This was a shock and a shame as I looked to do other jobs for me. I cannot recommend this shop.
