Eric provided excellent service when we had a problem with warning lights on our Dodge Ram/Winnebago Solis camper van. He started with the most simple solution, which worked! We had to wait a day for a part which they were able to install very quickly and the final cost of the repair was very reasonable. We will definitely return the next time service is due.

Eric has been our go-to for car repairs for years now (we have several old cars so I presume that we require repairs more than most people). He is great and has always been very up-front and fair. We trust him completely and would never take our cars anywhere else!

I have been going to Eric's automotive ever since my first experience with them. I had a 2008 Ford F-250 diesel that needed some repairs before I could sell it. And from the start they were upfront and honest about what the cost would be and any possible issues they might come across while doing the repairs. If something did come up they contacted me to see if I wanted to move forward. None of this, "This is what we found and fixed" without my approval. I ended up having manifold exhaust leaks on both sides fixed, glow plugs on one side replaced and the upper and lower oil pans replaced to fix an oil leak others couldn't find. Great mechanics with morals and honesty are hard to come by and when you find one, you know how lucky you are. I have been going back to Eric's for ALL my automotive needs. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Great people - Great service.

Eric's is great! We've taken a couple vehicles to them, and they do a great job. They are professional and transparent. And cheaper than most mechanics we've worked with. Highly highly recommend.

My experience with Eric's Automotive was not the greatest. If you plan on doing business with them I would highly recommend inspecting your vehicle first to ensure they actually do the work they are charging you for. I originally had called due to experiencing a misfire on my vehicle. They were recommended by a friend and I was told they do solid work. They explained to me my head gasket was leaking oil into my spark plugs and offered to fix it. I accepted. They also proactively offered to replace my timing belt, seeing as my vehicle hadn't had one done I accepted this as well. After receiving the vehicle back the car continued to misfire, after diagnosing, turns out they had not fully tightened two of the spark plugs, no big deal. Tightened them myself and moved on. My windshield wiper fluid wouldn't work either and my abs traction control lights were on. Turns out whoever worked on my car removed fuses that caused this issue, I had to buy new fuses to fix it. Why they would remove fuses on my car when that wasn't the issue with it? Who knows. A few weeks later my car wouldn't turn on anymore. My mechanic buddy comes over and starts looking around, he inspected a few things including the timing belt. The timing belt was never replaced. The belt had cracks and grooves in it and was clearly the original belt. I called the shop and had it towed back to them where they informed me that "the belt looked like it may have been rubbing against the case" as a way to explain the way the belt looked. This time I took photos to make sure they actually replaced it, which this time they did. They claimed to have done the pulleys and water pump too, who knows if they actually did that work either. Later I have the car towed back to my buddies place since I no longer trust this shop to do any work on it. When receiving my car back it was in complete dissarray. They had taken the car apart to diagnose the new issue of it not running and did not put my car back together. They didn't put the air flow system back in, instead they left it in the back seat. Spark plugs were not put back in and left near my windshield wipers, which could have easily fallen out along the tow ride. My window was left down and they also completely drained my battery (battery was tested before towing to the shop). Overall a pretty awful experience and a big reason why people have a hard time trusting mechanics. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, I am out money and time and currently my car still does not run. If I am unable to fix the issue myself, Eric's will be the absolute last place I think of taking my vehicle to. *EDIT* On our phone call your words were "you car should be put back together by Monday". No time was set so yes I may have had the tow truck early, but there is no excuse for leaving my spark plugs in a spot where they could have been lost on the tow ride. Even a heads up would have been appreciated. I assumed not charging me for the diag was a courtesy for your shop not actually swapping my timing belt when I paid for it. I had it confirmed by another mechanic that the belt on my car was original. Lastly, it took my mechanic friend less than an hour to diagnose the issue of my car and get it fixed. Unfortunately it feels like your shop diagnoses based off of guesses and the most expensive fix. Turns out it was a $500 throttle body part and not the $4000 burnt valve issue your shop assumed it would be.
