Chris was friendly. But hasn't much experience with a 1023 Ram. Didn't have the tools needed. He had to borrow a couple of mine. He underestimated how much oil was gonna drain and overflowed a lot of black oil on my floor. He wasn't familiar with the two fuel filter issue and was sure there was only one. I convinced him there were two. The deal was I would furnish oil and the filters and he would change them for $140, his hourly rate On the phone he figured it would take less than an hour. It took 1 hr 20 min. He charged me for one hour, but left me with a 3 ft diameter oil spot on my floor, oil smudges on both front fenders, all the old oil and a pile of oily greasesweep. Chris was very polite, but didn't seem to have any experience with a 2023 Ram 2500.

2000 Ford E250 stalled out, pulled into parking lot and called Chris who accurately diagnosed fuel pump had gone out. Towed to his place, he started to drop fuel tank to access the pump while I ran to parts store. He worked until 8:00pm to complete the repair and got us back on the road the same day at a fair price. Very happy with the service.

(Shift gear, transmission related issue) I found his business in Google and called him and gave him details of the mechanical problem I had on my 04 Silverado. He was able to diagnose it and to fix my issues over the phone and not charged me a single penny, while others I called before him were talking 100s of $$$. Chris is the most honest mechanic of all other mechanics that I called. I absolutely recommend his expertise, his honesty and his business for your mechanical needs.
View on GoogleI feel stupid for admitting I didn’t read the reviews on this guy first. Just a heads up to anyone looking for a trustworthy mobile mechanic. My husband called him regarding his f-250 not starting. He came out and did a lot of fancy mechanic talk that we had no clue of. Came down to an alternator. We rushed to the auto parts store and grabbed one while he waited at our house. Got back and he helped out stall it and still didn’t work. Now it’s the batteries are dead. Told my husband to buy a trickle charger and charge over night. Did that and nothing. Brought the batteries in to have them charged and still nothing. My husband called him back and he was acting perplexed and said “ no worries bro! We are gonna get her running.” My husband since then has reached out several times via text and calling and nothing. Also took our 300$ and booked it never to be heard from again.

Great troubleshooting and problem solving even over the phone! Chris being willing to come out and do service when and where you need is a great convince when you have a busy schedule and can’t get your truck to start. My dad JT has been raving about him non-stop and intends to be a repeat customer and use Chris for other projects!
