Jason met me at the door with a handshake and his crew got me right in to address my concerns for a possible bad Ball Joint cotter pin on one side of my Toyota Winnebago Warrior. I had just experienced a frightening event while on an on-ramp to I-80 in Rawlins, WY where apparently a cotter pin broke on the other side and the control arm became disconnected and the wheel froze up making me skid to a stop before I was actually on the freeway. I got towed to a truck repair shop in Rawlins, where they replaced the ball joint since the old one was now stripped and no cotter pin was present. The crew at Blue Wrench took my rig back , jacked it up and gave the whole front end a thorough check up, assuring me things looked very solid and stable allowing me peace of mind to continue on my journey from Denver to Idaho. I am very grateful to Jason and his crew for the courtesy check, and would highly recommend this small business for their expertise and professionalism.

The smartest thing I did this week when my Dodge van was having engine issues was to have it towed to Blue Wrench. My actual initial response to car failure was to contact a local garage as the van wasn't really drive-able, but they were close. With one quick amateur glance they diagnosed a unit failure with a $4700 repair quote and 7 days in the shop. So I called around, talked to several shops about the situation, to no avail. And then I found Blue Wrench. Spoke with Jason, the manager, and I could not have been more encouraged, and impressed with his approach to gathering information, answering my questions, and ultimately remedying what could have been disastrous as the assesment I gathered from the other shops was to address the wrong part - at a huge cost. Jason said, "Let's look at it." And they did. Fixed it, too, in 1 day for $1300. The van runs great now. Sweet, smooth, quiet - and safe - my biggest concern as I travel many miles daily.
