I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Les Schwab Tire Centers and the way they stand behind their work. About 5,000 miles after having brakes done on one of my work trucks, I started experiencing issues that appeared to be related to the calipers. I reached out and expressed my concerns, and within one day, they had a technician at my house to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to their shop for inspection and repair. Going into it, I was fully expecting a substantial bill. Instead, they handled everything at no cost—honoring their work without hesitation. A big thank you to Kyle and Nathan for their attention to this matter and for making sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. That level of accountability and customer service does not go unnoticed. That level of accountability and professionalism is rare. It says a lot about their integrity as a company. I’ll absolutely be continuing to use Les Schwab for any of my future service needs.

This location has very attentive and professional employees and technicians who are honest, transparent and dedicated to providing you the best service possible. Jordon was particularly diligent, patient and helpful! I had two flats—one had to be replaced and the other was repaired. Out the door for $155 and they rotated all my tires. IMO Les Schwab offers a great price for their tires and services + warranty. I’ll definitely go back for tires and services in the future.
