A truck driver caused an accident with my car that damaged my car's windshield, roof, hood and bumper. It all happened so quickly!!! Luckily for me, I was referred to Caliber Collision and they were able to see me on the same day. Let me tell you how excellent their customer service was. Sabrina answered the phone and was calm and spoke with so much empathy, understanding and calmness that made me feel instantly better and greatly reduced my stress level after experiencing such a traumatic accident. I found out later that she works at a different Caliber Collision office, but she helped me anyways to set up my appointment. She is extremely kind and made me feel valued. When I got to the shop, I met Jim and he was extremely professional, trustworthy, honest, and helpful. He explained each area that was damaged and you can clearly tell he's experienced, has great knowledge and very transparent. During the waiting/repair period, Jim called me and kept me appraised of the auto repair status of my car. This was very helpful as I was able to feel and live stress-free and make other plans during my week. Some places never update you and leave you wondering when it will be done, but not Jim. He is a true professional and caring. Overall, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to my family and friends, because of Sabrina and Jim's exceptional customer service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!! My car looks brand new!!!

Somebody ran into the back of me and insurance had set me up with this place for repairs. I couldn't have asked for a better body shop to get repairs from. Brian was awesome. He stayed in constant communication with me to give me updates throughout the whole process.. I had some slight front end damage from a differnt incident and decided to get it fixed while it was already at their shop. The work they did was fantastic. My car looks like its brand new again. Thank you guys!
View on GoogleHappy with the overall repairs on my truck. Overall had a great experience with Caliber Collision, with the help of Brian. That said, found a couple small problems with truck. There was a clear coat run, some interior panels were missing the plastic tabs that I found in the center console, and a new scratch on the hood of the truck.

Jim was my service advisor and he did a great job keeping me updated and making the whole process seamless. Really appreciate how smooth everything went. I’d definitely recommend them.
View on GoogleFrom the moment I met with Sabrina at the front to working with Brian in regards to the repairs needed, this staff is friendly, communicated well, and the end results were superb work and detail. My car looks brand new! Not to mention they finished the job 3 days early! I would highly recommend this location to friends and family. I also loved the added display at the front for a give-back-to-the-community food drive! What an awesome experience.
