Alecha at the Caldwell location clearly walked me through my initial process of rebuilding my engine and what to expect on my Ram 2500. She kept me up to speed throughout the process with the various timelines and process changes. As with most rebuilds as you get further into a rebuild parts are found that really need to be replaced due to excessive ware and tare. Even though the final cost was higher than what was initially quoted I am pleased to have a safe and reliable truck. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and willingness to go the extra mile in providing me and my family a safe and reliable transportation especially during this upcoming winter weather here in Idaho.

I have been dealing with Roger's Tires for 50 years, the reason I have been a long time customer is first and foremost is the service and quality products. Roger's is like the show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. It’s about 50/50 with Roger’s. I’ve had great service and absolutely terrible service here. Last time I was in I needed an alignment. I was told that they couldn’t do it because of a inner tie rod needing replaced. It turns out it wasn’t the problem at all. He kept finding more things needed done to attempt to up-sale, telling me I need repair after repair. Finally got fed up and went somewhere else.
