I brought a part in to be pressed. No parts, quick job. Had one place tell me they’d do it free but their press was broke. However, I’m willing to pay someone that does a job for me. I was expecting $15-$20 for a quick press. That became closer to $100. Now it’s their business, they can charge whatever they want, and I paid. However, it’s my business to refer or give someone more of my business and I’ll NEVER go here again. Way too expensive, I’ll find somewhere else that can just do the same job.

Giving one star because it won’t let me give zero. We called and got a quote for a heater core and we’re quoted a price. I dropped the vehicle off and heard nothing from them for two days and then got a phone call that they would be charging us more hours of labor for sticky chords (from what they say must have been soda) that needed cleaned. I have never heard of this being a thing but we continued. Then they called back and told us that the new price was going to be 800 more than the quoted price. When we asked them to break it down for us we were told the heater core was 233 dollars. My husband owns a dealership and did some digging and the best heater core was 67 dollars. That’s a huge markup. When questioning them to find out what was happening the lady in the phone was very aggressive and rude. Which is shocking to me because I’m the one being lied to and uncharged way over the quoted price. I will never bring a vehicle for any repair back to this place. Very deceptive and rude staff.

The staff is extremely friendly, and responsive. I have been impressed with their level of customer service and dedication to making sure everything is done right!

I dropped off my brand new axles and bearings to have the bearings pressed on. The manager and I agreed ahead of time that I’d be charged for ½ hour of labor. I left the parts with them since everyone was out to lunch and they said they’d start when they got back. Around 2 PM, I got a call saying they had broken one of my brand new bearings. When I arrived, I was told that I would need to find a replacement myself. I found the part, went and picked it up, and they agreed to pay for it — which I appreciated. When I returned with the new bearing, they said they’d “get right on it.” I waited over an hour, and when I politely asked for an update, the woman at the front desk got angry and confrontational, accusing me of not being nice — even though I had just solved the problem for them and had been nothing but calm. Her attitude only got worse from there. When the work was finally done, I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor, even though we had agreed on ½ hour — and despite the delay being caused by their own mistake. To top it all off, they ruined the center decal/tag on my brand new axle — something any experienced shop should know to avoid. You don’t press on a decorative or identification tag — that should be obvious to any professional with 45 years of experience. This should have been a simple task for any professional shop. Very disappointing experience. I expected better workmanship, communication, and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop! The picture is of my axle decal, this is after i worked to fix it and clean it up, it was much worse.

Had my pick up drop off for 4 new ball joints, upper and lower control arm bushings, all new shock, three new brake lines, all new tie rods, and an alignment. They did not replace the bushings and never told me, they replaced three ball joints, they replaced only two brake lines when I said to replaced three, they did replace the shocks and tie rods which I said to do and the alignment, and they did not fully bleed the brake system, which I bleed them the day I picked it up because it was very unsafe to drive. They also replaced the front brake pads, I did not ok that. It took just over 6 weeks for my pickup to be done and charged me more than 3600 for it
