Where do I begin ! Owners dad made threats to harm me because he didn’t like that we were upset with how long the owner had our vehicle . He had the car for almost 6 months . He moved shops 3 times while he had the car . Being evicted from one of the shops . It was a warranty claim and he padded the bill and then we had to pay out of pocket for things that didn’t even take place . When we picked up the car. We arrived home and the $1200 subwoofer was gone ? Stolen !! When we asked Clay about it . He stated “I will see if I can find it” Then he said told us it wasn’t his issue . The car was not fixed . It drives terrible and sounds worse that it did when we had it towed to his shop . His response to that is the car has alot of miles on it . Really?!? He didn’t fix anything only made this worse . On top of everything else one of his employees was moving it and back it into another car damaging the tail light and bumper . Instead of having it professionally fixed he tried to replace things off cars from jalopy jungle . The sad part about all of this is my boyfriend has know Clay since he was born and he was trying to support his small business . I would avoid doing business with him ! You will be taken advantage of !

Clayton helped me a ton when my car broke down and he was able to fix the problem with the leaking and my radiator. I’ve come multiple times and left happy

I got kind of a lot to say but I think it's necessary I'm at Clayton the owner and he did several different smaller jobs on my multiple vehicles did a great job and couldn't beat the prices then it came time that my truck needed a new motor he worked with me on it and again without hesitation gave me a great deal through the course of the engine rebuild process I stating close touch eager to get my truck back I got to say there were times when I thought to myself this shouldn't be taking this long and it took a little longer than I expected fast forwarding now I have my truck back and I couldn't be more impressed and I use that word very heavily and with admiration my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 runs like it was brand new if I had anything bad to say it would be about myself as a customer not trusting the process and letting him do what he does best I Now understand why it is so necessary to build the engine right being that it is a dual overhead cam setup that is very complicated you know what they say expect the worst and get the very best I would encourage you all to put your vehicles in the care of Clayton Hunsinger at Palomino Speed Shop and I don't b******* so this is real talk. This review is to document unprofessional and inappropriate conduct by this business. I received unsolicited, harassing text messages sent from this company’s business phone number concerning my personal relationship. These messages were not related to any service, appointment, or business interaction in any way. A business contacting an individual to involve itself in private matters is a serious breach of professionalism. Regardless of intent, using a business line to send personal, hostile communications is unacceptable and reflects poor judgment and lack of boundaries. I am sharing this so others are aware of the standards being exercised. Professional businesses do not behave this way.

Clayton did a rear gear upgrade on my Mustang and he did a great job. He was quick price was right and he was vey professional. I will be sending all my work his way and all my friends as well. Thank you Clayton!
