This Les Schwab needs to be recognized for one of their amazing employees named Victor! I had noticed my tire was losing quite a bit of air and went to have them checked. I was told I had a pretty good sized nail and rather than sending me away or having me come back and make an appointment which is what i have experienced on most visits. Victor assured me it was not a problem and would get my car drove in to start working on immediately. I would say hands down this location has the best customer service I have seen in a long time and I hope the employee gets the recognition he deserves for going above and beyond!!! I appreciate the time he took to make sure my family got home safely which means the world🙏

I called Austin Les Schwab this morning told him I had an enclosed trailer that needed to be bearings need to be packed. He said bring it on in. They got right to it also offered to balance and rotate my tires, which is really awesome. The star Location I went in there twice to try to get my tires balanced and rotated and And the tires are from Les Schwab but they acted too busy to help me, but this location is absolutely Outstanding with customer service I will definitely start bringing all my tire service here. Thanks again, Austin.

We are heading out of town and stopped at a different tire shop for air in our tire and had a horrible experience and never got air. Candle Les Schwab and within 3 seconds Marco came out and helped us. Marco chit chatted with us and was happy to help us. Great experience...I would give 6 stars if I could!
