Outstanding service on a Saturday an hour before close. We were forced into the orange highway barrels (20 or so) by a semi on a 900 mile road trip. We stopped at the Caldwell, ID location to get things checked out. Needed 2 new tires, but they didn’t have matching ones. So, in 50 minutes, they got our Yukon in, four tires mounted and balanced and we were checking out. They even upgraded the valve stems and did it RIGHT! We only had to wait about 45 minutes for them to check us out. They HUSTLED to get us taken care of with 2 guys knocking it out of the park. Highly recommend this location. Thank you!

Recently took my dad’s truck for new tires and an alignment. Everything went good until the end when we were told that it would be finished At a specific time, then to find out all at the end that lug nuts were stripped out, and they would have to charge us, and somehow that the bolts were rethreaded for free, which didn’t add up and when we wanted to see the lugs they weren’t the ones existing and ultimately Refused to do the alignment and extended the finish time. And when talking to the manager about this he was very abrasive and just wanted to collect payment. 60 bucks for 10 lugs seems very overpriced. Can’t say it’s the first time dealing with issues at the very end.

I came for air in my tires Joey helped me he was very respectful he went above and beyond to make sure all four tires were up to pressure. I offered him cash and he denied i only came in to have one tire checked the light was on he insisted to do the rest! Great people at this location ill be back for new tire in a couple weeks!
